What can we dispose of in a bin?
This naturally is one of the most frequently asked questions. Most things are expectable like; Bricks, Titles, Roof tiles, Concrete, Dirt, Sand, Asphalt, Green waste, Furniture, Crushed Rock, Timber, Laminate, Bluestone, Sleepers, Steel, All Metals, Sporting equipment, Paper, Cardboard, Tree stumps - Up to 30cm in diameter, (Mattresses - at a cost).
ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED
Asbestos, Contaminated soil, Food scraps, Large tree stumps, Liquids, Oils, Paint, Tyres.
How high can I load a bin or skip?
All bins and skips have a clearly marked diagram on the side with the expectable maximum height fill point. In most cases bins & skips are only to be filled to the height on the side wall of the bin, no higher.
Who’s responsible for getting a council permit?
We are accredited with all local councils and we deal with them directly, so we can obtain any permit if one is required.
